Public projects VERSUS private projects. Technical side.

Azerbaijan is rich in events and changing the technical side of organizations dramatically has become quite common for event companies.

Only yesterday we spread a flower carpet at a state event, and today we are already designing a wedding, “growing gardens” of the future family.

Undoubtedly, every event organizer knows that in both projects, the result should be a high-quality and precise work, so that the guests can fully feel the atmosphere.

A good and reliable contractor is already half of the success of the event. Let’s face it, the contractor must be not just good, but the best!

What is behind the other half is nothing but the balance.

As an event company that has held quite a number of events, we dare to note that despite the completely different styles of directions, they have the same important component – a direct and obvious connection between positioning of the direction and the “driving part” of the project.

Let’s give an example to make it clear what we are talking about.

Public and private projects.

The project management scheme practically has no difference.
This includes a number of tasks that we follow when creating the project itself.

Everything starts with acquaintance. Here we define the topic (format) and setting of the goal. Then the content definition, scenario and plan are formed.

After all goals are identified, the task analysis and the further course happens; definition of methods and techniques for the required time constraints get involved; a list of contractors is drawn; preparation of the distributive materials, decorations, stage props, attributes begins; and the program of the event is outlined.

We intentionally omit the part that includes the production of visual works and presentation, not forgetting about the definition of participants, the distribution of roles, the preparation and distribution of tasks, the explanation of the whole picture of the vision and the solution of organizational issues.

Both projects also have their main stage. Here we can boldly include the design of the hall; installation of the equipment and technical means (light, sound); catering, carrying out of the project itself, analysis of the event held; and of course, the development of methodological recommendations.
